How do I cancel, and when will I be charged?
Your first week is free, and nothing is charged during it. If you cancel within those 7 days, you are not charged at all. Unless you cancel, we charge $24 when your free week ends, and $24 every month after that until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page, or by sending us a message below.
How do I change the time Irv calls?
Sign in to your account and choose a new day and time for your weekly call. Or send us a message below and we'll change it for you.
What number does Irv call from?
Irv calls from (415) 358-6628. Save it in your phone as "Irv, Wonder Life Story" so you know it's him when he rings.
Is Irv a real person?
No. Irv is an automated voice that uses AI to have a real, personal conversation with you. He'll never pretend otherwise: if you ask him, he'll tell you.
Who hears my recordings?
The people you choose. Your calls are recorded so your stories can be kept and shared with the family and friends you pick. Our small team may listen to check quality, and the companies that run our calls process them for us. Our Privacy Policy explains it all.
How do I get a refund?
If you cancel in any month after your free week, we refund that month's fee in full. Cancel from your account page, or send us a message below. Our Terms of Service have the details.
